Description:What You Will Be Doing
The Vehicle Systems Program Performance team is seeking a Control Account Manager (CAM) to oversee the technical, schedule, and cost performance of the F-16, F-22, and F-35 Electronics, Integration & Labs scope. As a CAM, you will be responsible for managing integrated work plans, guiding executing teams, and ensuring control account performance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and manage integrated work plans including technical, schedule, and cost plans and performance.
• Manage an organization in conjunction with functional leadership, including staffing, team leadership, resource negotiations, and business rhythms.
• Communicate effectively with management and functional leadership through earned value, forecasting, management reporting, and risk and opportunity management.
• Ensure accountability for control account performance, including event-driven tasks such as:
• Engineering change proposals
• Baseline change requests
• Variance justifications
• Estimate to complete change requests

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in an engineering discipline.

• Experience as a CAM with Earned Value Management (EVM) knowledge: Familiarity with EVM principles, practices, and tools, such as earned value metrics, variance analysis, and
forecasting.
Desired Skills:
• Communication and interpersonal skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with various stakeholders, including program management, engineering, and functional leadership.
• Master of Business Administration degree
• Technical expertise: Knowledge of utility systems, including design, development, and operation, as well as familiarity with the F-16, F-22, and F-35 platforms.
• Risk and opportunity management: Familiarity with risk and opportunity management principles and practices, including identification, assessment, cost and schedule impact evaluation, and mitigation.
• Budgeting and cost management: Experience with budgeting, cost estimation, and cost control, including variance analysis and forecasting in the Lockheed Martin tool suite.
• Schedule management: Ability to manage and integrate schedules, including critical path method, resource leveling, and schedule risk analysis in the Lockheed Martin tool suite.
• Project management skills: Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile, and tools like MS Project, STREET, or similar software.
• Leadership and team management: Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, including staffing, resource allocation, and conflict resolution.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
