Description:You will be the Multi Functional Manufacturing Planner Supervisor. The selected candidate will supervise represented Material Processors supporting product flow for multiple programs through the development and production manufacturing processes in the Missiles and Fire Control Machining Operations Center (MOC) while also supporting one or more specific program/center work areas.

What You Will Be Doing
As the Multi Functional Manufacturing Planner Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:
• Coordinate daily activities with manufacturing, engineering, and quality counterparts to identify and react to changing needs and priorities. Give status to all levels of management.
• Attending multiple meetings in support of programs and manufacturing management.
• Ability to assign different personnel to support internal operation plan (IOP) and critical schedule milestones.
Interface with Labor Relations in supporting local CBA initiatives, and also develop a solid working relationship with the Local elected officers

Basic Qualifications:
-Appropriate degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and have the ability to obtain a security clearance
- Understand the management of budgets.
- Demonstrated proficient knowledge of computer systems, databases, and programs
- Ability to assign projects to organizational unit by leading staff to meet critical schedules, resolve complex and time sensitive technical or operational issues.
- Strategic thinker with lean manufacturing focus / (Greenbelt certified or equivalent)
-Excellent communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work with multiple levels of Management, industry peers, and internal and external customers.
- Demonstrate strong analytical, problem solving, and multitasking skills
- Experience supporting MMAS (Material Management and Accounting System)
- Related experience in material handling, control systems and ERP systems (SAP)
Desired Skills:
- Knowledge of Material Management and Accounting System (MMAS)
-ERP System (SAP)
- Inventory Control and material handling knowledge
- Black Belt trained / certified
- Ability to understand engineering drawings and parts lists
- APICS Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)
- APRISO
- Tableau

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
