Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a full-time Early Career Integrated Program Planning professional who wants to be part of our mission performing as the Associate Integrated Program Planner supporting Strategic Missile Defense (SMD) Programs. Based out of Huntsville, AL,

Summary of key job responsibilities: In this role you will... in this role you will support the implementation efforts across multiple sites and other SMD programs as required. For your assigned component, you will interface with Engineering, Business Operations, and Program Management and will brief senior stakeholders, and the customer as required. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing a compliant Integrated Main Schedule (IMS) which will reflect the accurate and detailed contractual scope and resources to implement the program.

1) Support development and maintenance the program Integrated Main Schedule (IMS) including ensuring integration between the IMS and the Integrated Main Plan (IMP)

2) Maintain schedule integration between the IMS and the Program Summary Schedule and supplemental schedules

3) Perform critical path and schedule analyses as required

4) Provide planning support to CAMs as part of monthly F&BO earned value organization rhythms. Ensure EVMS/IMS Integration

5) Perform schedule integrity checks as required

6) Generate and deliver IMS reports and metrics as required

7) Present schedule-related information to internal and external customers

8) Ensure compliance with LM Corporate Program Performance Management and Program Planning policies and practices

9) Support all phases of the proposal through submittal to include SOW, CWBS, and IMP traces to tasks

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor degree from an accredited institution, or related work experience.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications

• Experience delivering briefings to team members and project teams

• Exposure to Network scheduling tool
Desired Skills:
• Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) Development
Proposal knowledge

• Advanced Excel skill set including macros, lookup tables and VBA

• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
