We’re advancing one of the Missile Defense Agency’s most critical missions—integrating a global, software-based Command and Control (C2) and Battle Management system that provides real-time situational awareness and decision support to U.S. Commanders worldwide. C2BMC is a dynamic, multi-task order IDIQ program responsible for the development, deployment, and sustainment of this mission-critical capability.
THE WORK
As the C2BMC Program Operations Lead, you will play a pivotal role in supporting enterprise-level execution across all C2BMC task orders. Reporting directly to the Senior Program Manager, you’ll drive key program management activities that ensure our program stays on track, on budget, and aligned with strategic priorities. Your responsibilities may include:
Leading and owning a major area of execution scope within the program
Driving special projects and strategic initiatives across the Missile Defense Solutions segment
Managing and streamlining business rhythms, including action item closure, AOD (Annual Operating Document) updates, and customer review coordination
Preparing and presenting internal status packages for senior leadership
Providing daily operational support and acting as a delegate for the Senior Program Manager
Championing digital transformation efforts to evolve and modernize business processes
Supporting Agile iteration planning, engineering estimates, and change proposal activities

Basic Qualifications:
• Strong project or program management or technical lead experience
• Demonstrated experience with or knowledge of earned value management
• Track record of delivering results and solving problems in a complex organization through skilled coordination with other team members
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with senior customer and internal LM leadership
• Interim Secret or Active DoD Secret clearance
Desired Skills:
• Demonstrated experience with LM program management processes
• Energized self-starter with outstanding organizational and communications skills
• Demonstrated experience with or knowledge of program management related digital transformation initiatives and capabilities
• Demonstrated experience with AGILE framework for project execution including metrics to track and manage team performance
• Technical experience or background with software development projects and control account management

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $95,000 - $167,440. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
