Description:As a Manufacturing Support Team Member – Level 3 in the Coating Department, you will play a vital role in supporting J850 LFF coatings production and related operational processes in a collaborative, team-based manufacturing environment. You will serve as a key contributor to production execution, quality assurance, and continuous improvement efforts, ensuring that operational goals are met with efficiency and excellence.

This position is onsite for third shift typically 9:00pm-7:00am
Support the execution and flow of J850 LFF coatings production, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards.
Collaborate in cross-functional activities, including production planning, quality management, and process optimization.
Provide hands-on support in coating processes, material handling, and inventory control.
Act as a facilitator and mentor for self-directed work teams, promoting knowledge-sharing and team development.
Deliver on-the-job training to enhance team capability and technical proficiency.
Identify, communicate, and help resolve production-related issues, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Lead or support process improvement initiatives, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and lean manufacturing.
Apply prior experience and best practices in manufacturing operations to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and support operational excellence.

Basic Qualifications:
• Experience with Low-Observable Coatings
• Experience with SFM, QADS, Engineering
Drawings
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Desired Skills:
• 10 plus years experience with Low-Observable Coatings
• Experience with STK, NFS, and SAP
• Ability to teach and coach L.O. process requirements
• Knowledgeable in lean principles and strategies
• Active Secret Clearance

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
