Job Description:
TRISTAR is seeking a Technical Lead (SENIOR) for our upcoming government customer in MacDill AFB, FLThe Technical Lead (SENIOR) will support PEO SDA, USSOCOM Components, TSOCs, and others to include Foreign Military Sales (FMS) as mission dictates, by providing technical and analytical mission planning, execution, and post-mission system supportMission planning is critical to special operations, the mission planning, execution, post-mission system/device will be maintained in a serviceable status to support combat/contingency operationsThe overall goal will be to achieve a system/device availability of 95% and a maintenance turnaround time of less than 24 hours from the time of notification within Continental United States (CONUS) and manned Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS) locationsSupport will be characterized by two (2) levels: Level I (Critical/Urgent) support will be defined as critical or emergency support to the mission planning and execution system/deviceThis level of support will be completed within 72 hours or as mission requirements dictateLevel II (Routine) support will be defined as cyclical support to the mission planning and execution system/deviceThis level of support will be completed within 30 days or as mission requirements dictatePosition ResponsibilitiesRequired to provide technical leadership and oversight, ensuring that technical solutions align with the enterprises overarching goals and requirementsWorking collaboratively with vendors and PMO teams, the Technical Lead assures that projects adhere to the Software Acquisition Pathway, establishing and enforcing policies and procedures for validating program features and epics through the SAFE/AGILE processThe Technical Lead actively engages in technology selection, collaborating with the team to identify and implement appropriate technologies and frameworks for project executionResponsibilities extend to the implementation and enforcement of best practices for testing and documentationTechnical leads must stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends relevant to enterprise needs, to make well-informed recommendations for updates or changes to the technology stackTechnical Lead assists the team in resolving complex technical issues and implements strategies for both identifying and resolving issues ahead of timeIn addition, Technical Leads must collaborate with site leads is paramount, to align technical strategies directly with overall project and organizational goalsDirectly engages with clients to understand their technical requirements and expectations, providing critical technical insights and recommendations to guide decision-making processesAs part of risk management, the Technical Lead identifies and mitigates technical and cyber security risks associated with projects, proactively averting challenges that could impact project timelines and deliverablesRequirementsMinimum of 10 years experience integrating multiple operational intelligence applications and data services to create real-time shared situational awareness of disparate information for decision support to commanders at strategic to tactical levelsMUST be a US CitizenAn ACTIVE Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility is requiredEducation and/or CertificationBachelors' Degree in Computer Science or related fieldDoD IAT 8570 Level II or higher is requiredAbout TRISTAR
