Job Description:
QED Systems, LLC, is currently recruiting an Operations Analyst to join our team at the Pentagon, Arlington, VA to support our HQDA G-3/5/7 Support Services contract.
Duties:
Serve as the monitor of all tasks and events assigned to the Division; maintaining project schedules; and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent performance of duties and currency. Assist the government lead in receiving, assigning, monitoring, formatting, staffing, packaging, and closing tasks and staff actions assigned to ODA.Conduct and spearhead all meetings and touchpoints in support of the division. Provide support for US Army equities in preparation for forum engagements to include Warfighter Senior Integration Groups, Quarterly Reviews, Army Lessons Learned Forum, etc. The Contractor shall provide minutes of touchpoint events as they occur, these meetings shall be uploaded into the branch’s library and uploaded into all share point systems for continuity inside of the Division.Assist division leadership in the writing of EXORDs, Fragmentary Orders (FRAGOs) and other correspondence. Create FORM 5’s either via ETMS2 or in paper and assist the Government in the staffing of taskers outside of the ETMS2 system, in both NIPR and SIPR environments; assist with preparing, coordinating, and facilitating the processing of correspondence and staff actions through the appropriate approval process.Review and/or prepare Army memoranda and Staff Actions in accordance with Army Regulations 25-50, Preparing and Managing Correspondence, for the division. The Contractor shall Formulate broad objectives and implementation goals to coordinate and synchronize C-IED activities across the Army and with external stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience:
Have a fundamental understanding of HQDA institutional structure and staff action processes and system, in both the classified and unclassified environment. Must have the ability to work within Government-provided software packages with emphasis on Microsoft products, for example, Outlook, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel and Teams. Must be able to think critically and apply analytical methodologies to raw data to present clear and precise recommendations. Ability to focus on Mission requirements while tracking multiple competing priorities. Require minimal supervision in the fast-paced, critical environment of the Army Headquarters. Must be proficient in the Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2) (formerly Task Management Tool).Ability to clearly articulate analysis through both oral and written communication. Ability to provide executive, technical, and administrative support to senior leaders. Ability to focus on Mission requirements while tracking multiple competing priorities. Proficient in the management and coordination of decentralized C-IED efforts across Army Staffs, Commands, and ASCCs. Formulates broad objectives and implementation goals to coordinate and synchronize C-IED activities across the Army and with external stakeholders. Able to support development of analysis, recommendations, and staff Senior level information, coordination and decision documents and materials.
Required Clearance:
ACTIVE CLEARANCE LEVEL REQUIRED: TS/SCI
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required. At least five (5) years of related experience.Prior military, especially C-IED, experience preferred.
Travel:
Less than 10% travel is expected for this position. Travel may include continental United States and outside continental United States locations.
Work Environment:
This position will be co-located with the customers and other contractors in Government office spaces. While not generally authorized, telework may be required due to exceptional circumstances (extreme weather, pandemic, etc.).

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday. Flexibility around core hours. Travel may occur outside of normal core hours.
