About the Team
The P&P (HR) Accelerator Team is a project-based team focused on delivering best-quality, high impact solutions and insights to business leaders that will help innovate, drive functional performance, accelerate decision making, and increase the speed of execution.

The Accelerator Team (AT for short) partners with Workday's People & Purpose (P&P) functions on global, cross-functional projects that are central to P&P's strategy.

We're looking for candidates to join our team that are comfortable operating in a fast-paced, often ambiguous, project environment and have a bias for action. This individual needs to be collaborative, able to move with speed, and balance both strategic thinking and execution (we don't create value with ideas we can't deliver). This is an exciting opportunity for people who want to make a big impact, build and deliver creative solutions, and work on exciting projects.

About the Role

This role will: Structure work from scoping, to design, to execution, to handoffsDevelop high quality deliverables and project assetsPartner and own relationships with key stakeholdersConnect project goals and deliverables to overall business needsAdvise partners and stakeholders with data-driven insightsTake ownership and accountability for project outcomesDrive project solutions from concept to completion, while actively rolling up your sleeves to develop presentations, analyses, and execute necessary tasks to contribute to successful deliveryThe team will: Conduct thorough project discovery, design creative and high impact solutions, and execute with speedAdvance the AT operating model and brandOperate as one team, in a collaborative manner with each other and with key stakeholders at WorkdayWe will deliver the highest quality work. The team will instill discipline to projects we undertake in terms of resources allocated, timelines, project management, working with constituents, and consulting methodology.Lead, support and advise on strategy, problem solving, and execution of solutions that are core to P&P's priority focus areasMeasure success not by how well we think we did, but by the impact we make and how key stakeholders view us.About You

We're looking for individuals who have the following business qualifications:A passion for helping other succeedThe ability to think systematically about strategic project impacts and employee experienceProven success in collaborating cross-functionally and managing relationships in fast-paced environmentsEnergy for building meaningful connections across diverse stakeholder groups, and partnering to succeed as one teamIt's critical that you have the following qualifications:Must have 5-8 years prior experience in management consultingExcellent verbal / written communication and relationship-building skillsHighly organized, exceptional time management and task prioritization abilitiesKnowledge of HR, preferably in a Strategic or Project based roleAn ability to handle adversity and navigate ambiguous environmentsA desire to learn, grow, and operate as a generalist-we're not looking to replace the world-class talent in our P&P Centers of Excellence (E.g. Compensation, Talent Experience, Talent Acquisition, etc.)#LI-SB3

Workday Pay Transparency Statement

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Each candidate's compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. Primary Location Base Pay Range: $171,500 USD - $257,300 USD

Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $138,900 USD - $257,300 USD

About Workday

Workday is a cloud-based software vendor that specializes in human capital management and financial management applications.
