At Fruition Partners, a DXC Technology Company, the Sr.Technical Consultant for Managed Services is responsible for the technicaldeployment of ServiceNow solutions to meet clients' business needs. This role will be responsible for requirements scoping;installation, configuration & customization of the tool; and application ofprogramming techniques to develop robust solutions on time throughout theprojects. Senior Technical Consultants provide guidance on technicalmatters to both the client and internal resources alike, creating acollaborative environment that maintains scope and, in the end, meets all theobjectives set by the statement of work.
*This is a remote/virtual position that may be basedanywhere in the US with zero travel requirements.
Responsibilities:
Day to day management of ITIL configurations like Incident, Problem, Change Management, CMDB, Asset management and Service Catalog Management Developing workflows and customizing the applications in Service Now. Maintain the Integrity of the Service-now tool across production and non-production environments. Implementation and maintenance of Business Rules, Client scripts, Script includes, UI policies, SLAs, ACLs for various ITIL processes in Service Now. Provide input/support for the development team as needed on the advanced technical aspects that benefit clients, owners and stake holders Design and Develop business process and code programs and applications to business requirements Demonstrate technical and professional skill sets by analyzing and troubleshooting problems Deploy, maintain and troubleshoot the applications in a Cloud environment. Lead technical bridges and provide troubleshooting direction, provide guidance and recommend solutions to complex technical issues. May be asked to lead or mentor less experienced team members during projects from both a technical development and client interaction perspective. Maintain annual billable utilization rate Fulfill role on multiple projects simultaneously Identify changes in scope and report to the Architect and Engagement Manager Understand business needs and help develop new opportunities Identify and document relevant case studies and user group material. Provide assistance to sales team on developing new proposals. SkillsRequired:
• Previous web service integrations developmentexperience (2+ years preferred)
• Experience developing solutions using JavaScript (2+years preferred)
• Experience with SOAP, including creating XMLdocuments based on a provided WSDL
• Working knowledge of Databases (MSSQL, Oracle, etc.)and using JDBC to connect and query them
• Understanding of ITSM / ITIL Certification preferred
