**This position is 2nd shift.**
Responsible for performing in a production environment supporting the Document Processing Inbound Capture team. The business operations will include mail open, sort, document prep, image capture of documents using high speed scanners, data entry, quality control and filing. Will work on assignments that are routine to moderately complex in nature and require basic problem resolution and independent judgment.
Functional Responsibilities:
Maintain machinery and report malfunctions
Prepare mail for scanning
Operate scanner
Quality check scanned documents
Enter data related to special handling, such as attachments (e.g. x-rays, molds)
Act as backup for other clerical functions
Education and Experience Required:
High School Diploma or equivalent Typically, 0-1 year of working experience. Knowledge and Skills:
Relevant product/company knowledge Ability to follow written procedures Typing 40 words per minute Communication, organization and follow-through skills Basic math skills Manage time effectively Proficient in professional oral, written and telephone communication skills. Ability to effectively interact and communicate with peers and customers.
