Damco Distribution Services is actively recruiting for our Leadership Development Program. The training program is designed to teach young professionals about the Transportation and Warehousing Logistics Industry. The nature of such a program emphasizes rapid development through early exposure to the tasks and responsibilities of an Operations Manager. The program is 12 months in length and focuses mainly on the operation, but also consists of various informal rotations within key areas of the business.
