Eaton’s Circuit Protection division is currently seeking a Punch Press Specialist to join our team. This position is based at our Beaver, PA facility.

* You will set up, adjust and operate Simple Hit and Progressive Tooling Punch Presses and Tooling knowledge of Coil Fee process equipment to fabricate products to required dimensions You will analyze manufacturing problems and take necessary step to resolve them. Die setting experience
* You will work closely with engineers, quality techs, and experts on experimental & developmental work to correct and/or avoid conditions that may cause problems manufacturing parts during stamping operations.
* You will use tools, equipment, and material such as: Simple hit and progressive punch presses, die shimming equipment, simple compound and progressive dies, air ejectors, scrap cutters, sit-down and stand-up fork trucks, measuring gauges, micrometer, comparator, and test fixtures, scales, various wrenches and other hand tools, power driver, honing stone and portable conveyor; ferrous and nonferrous bar, strip and coil material, fiber and insulating materials, nonmetallic materials, all types of oils and lubricants used during stamping operation, thinners, solvents and grease.
