Jerry's Ford has been in business since 1973 and is located in Alexandria, Virginia. Our Service Department continues to grow rapidly. The continued growth is attributable to outstanding customer service provided by our Service Advisors and Technicians. This continued growth requires adding the right people to ensure the continued success of our Service Department. We are seeking an experienced Diesel Technician to join our team. Competitive pay plan for the right candidate to come work in our air conditioned shop.
Ford Certification is not required.
Requirements for position:
Minimum of three years as a Diesel technician
Punctual and reliable attendance.
Maintaining a clean and organized bay
Proper documentation of all recommendations and repairs
Ability to accurately diagnose issues and perform required repairs efficiently and correctly the first time.
Maintain an active learning structure through all training initiatives including obtaining Ford Certifications
Maintain a high CSI in “fixed right first visit.”
Ability and desire to continue to support the work environment we have created by assisting and supporting other technicians, with a "customer comes first" attitude!
