Job Description:

L3 Technologies Advanced Programs develops advanced technology, assimilates innovative concepts, and fields mission focused systems for the Department of Defense (DoD) and intelligence communities. Accustomed to non-traditional requirements, we regularly provide novel solutions that address customers’ capability needs through rigorous systems engineering and system integration processes.

We are seeking industrial security officer in our Burlington, MA facility for duties primarily related to coordinating demonstrations and meetings in a classified modeling and simulation center. This position will interact with internal and external customers including senior L3 executives and government security officials on a regular basis. This position will be reporting to program security management.

Experience with managing security for SCI and SAP programs highly desirable. Knowledge of NISPOM, ICD, and DoD security requirements as well as previous experience with JPAS helpful.

Due to the nature of our work, this position requires an active Department of Defense Top Secret clearance with current SSBI. Some travel may be required.

This position will be located in Burlington, Massachusetts.

Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in a related discipline. At least 3 years of experience working with SCI/SAP programs Knowledge of JPAS, SIMS, and other Industrial Security databases Experience writing and submitting Program Access Requests Maintain facility Access List(s) In depth knowledge of the clearance process Conduct indoctrinations, debriefings, and refresher training Escort duties of non-accessed personnel Document Control Experience writing security plans (SOPs, OPSEC, EAPs, etc.) COMSEC experience Courier and classified transmissions Foreign travel and contact processing/reporting Organize classified meetings and travel requests Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and change focus quickly when required.
