Job Title: Warranty Analyst

A Warranty Analyst job in Shippensburg, PA is available through Belcan. In this role, you will be responsible for providing warranty support concerning warranty claim processing, assisting in warranty audit process an assisting with dealer warranty training as needed. To be considered for this role, you will need previous experience dealing with warranty claims or an accounting background. This is a long term contract role that offers 6 paid holidays after 60 days of employment and 5 days of accrued PTO!

Warranty Analyst Duties

• Assisting in development of warranty process updates, and implementing these solutions within the current Warranty Terms and Conditions
• Assist the Technology and Global Service Support in the development or update of warranty publications and training aids / materials as needed
• Assisting with the implementation of warranty training to the dealer network as needed
• Providing written communications to the dealer network concerning product updates and warranty processes as required
• Assisting the FTSS and / or the DCSM in assessing dealer's warranty training needs
• Documenting the communication to Global Warranty regarding the warranty issues that affect product performance, reliability and durability, and assist in prioritization of these issues
• The warranty liaison between the dealer and the Global CS.
• Developing warranty training aids / materials necessary for supporting the dealer network
• Assist in Warranty claim review. Assist in TMA material return process

Warranty Analyst Qualifications

• Problem solving and analysis, interpersonal, verbal and written communication, organization, leadership, group presentations, interpersonal skills
• Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook
• Minimum 2 years' experience in the Construction Equipment Industry or Warranty field.
• Preference shown for candidates who possess a minimum of a two-year college degree in a technically relevant field.
• Work with others in a Team/Office and training facility environment.
