A United Way Coordinator job in St. Louis, MO is currently available through Belcan. In this role, you will work with seasonal United Way campaign office and the three major campaigns. Employee Campaign, Retiree Campaign and Challenge Division Campaign. Flexible schedule is needed for some events will occur on weekends and evenings.
United Way Coordinator job duties:
This role works closely with leaders and requires strong communications and calendar skills
• Coordinate pledge and auction campaigns
• Create new events, organize event calendars and the distribution of marketing material
• Train United Way Sub committee's
• Receive and track all contributions
• Coordinate events and meetings
Qualifications:
• Experience with United Way
• Experience with Campaigns, planning events and marketing
• Experience with Microsoft
