One of YRCI's clients, with offices in Washington, D.C., is seeking a full time Sr. Budget Analyst to provide onsite support.
The Role
Develop activity based costing models. Develop capital investment proposals based on new solution requests. Develop cost estimates for various special projects and assignments. Develop process flows and models to integrate budget planning/steps with a solution planning, development, and implementation model. Develop lifecycle program costs based on documented requirements. Develop burn rate modeling and expense modeling for existing projects and programs to forecast when additional funding may be required. Track and report on program and portfolio expenditures as needed. What You Need to Bring to the Table
Relevant Budget Analysis experience required. Minimum of 4 years of experience as a budget analyst, or a 4 year degree in accounting or finance with 2 years' of relevant experience required. VA Experience strongly desired. Solid written and verbal communication skills. Advanced Microsoft Suite ( i.e. Excel experience - pivot table experience).
