About the Role

The Senior Dispute Resolution Manager position plays a key role in Xchanging's growth strategy in Workers' Compensation. The purpose of the role is to to coach, develop and oversee the specified activities of the Dispute Resolution Officers, along with other technical specialists, and to provide a high level of technical and legal support to the business.
Your strength in resilience and leadership to achieve business and Worksafe objectives, through utilisation of your analytical and communication capability will see your success in this position.

Qualifications

Required Expertise :
Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Technical Manager, Dispute Resolution
Manager or above essential
Excellent Knowledge of the Conciliation process
Strong experience in claims management in the workers compensation
scheme in particular Case Management, Eligibility or Technical Management.
Strong working knowledge of Accident Compensation Act 1985, medical
Terminology and the WorkCover scheme
Computer skills:
Microsoft Office (Word and Excel - basic skills)
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of claims software (preferred)
Novus & Action (desirable)
