Our Enterprise Group (EG) combines the portfolio of Enterprise Servers, Storage, Networking and Technology Services to solve the complexities of the extended enterprise and deliver advanced solutions and services to our global, commercial and public sector and SMB customers throughout the regions.
Expectation from this role is to perform the role of QA engineer, carrying out the following activities part of the job role:
Analyze requirements & check completeness.Design knowledge base architecture & create logic flowDesign test plans & review test planDevelop Test StrategyTest scenarios – Availability, Integration & Solution TestingDevelop Test Automation ActivitiesHandle Medium to Complex Support requestsManage Plan of Record, Project Scheduling and EstimationSetup Test Environment for NPI or Application ReleaseResolve critical customer issues for post-production callsUAT performance & testingWork across shift, possess excellent communication and customer centrality
Provides high-level support for sales processing activities for multiple business areas or groups.Demonstrates mastery across all sales processing areas, including: pricing and creating quotes for the most highly-complex dealsRegistering information and producing documentationOrder execution, billing and invoice productionConfiguration of order systems according to process standards and with limited customisationSupervises and performs oversight of all sales processing documentation systems and activities for the organisation to ensure completeness and accuracy of data and adherence to compliance standardsEvaluates order documentation, methods, and reportsWorks with stakeholders and leadership to identify areas for process improvement, implement changes, and communicate and drive greater efficiency and accuracyProvides guidance to and may directly supervise the work of less-experienced staff members.
Education and Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Typically 6 years’ experience
